My PC isn't recognizing the device and it isn?t taking a charge. It does turn on when I plug in the cord. It has not been dropped or damaged in any way. Sansa replaced it (may be a year ago ? maybe longer) since it wouldn?t hold a charge.

My coolpad catalyst battery went to 0% now it won't charge or turn on, or be recognized by my laptop computer

lithium polimer batteries take serious damage from over and undercharge, they prefer to stay within 20 to 80% charge. over and under this causes the battery to wear out quicker. with severe damage a possibility if it is allowed to go too low or too high. most devices cut off the battery before its allowed to drop that low and has protection for overcharge. but if you drain it to 0% then let it sit for a while. it may still go below its safe voltage. i would reccomend trying getting a new battery for it. replacing it is fairly easy

I have a filla tablet and it will not com on help please

I suppose this is some cheap android tablet. If the power button does not turn the tablet on, try plugging in different chargers and cables. Perhaps the battery is not charged. If the tablet has been dead for awhile it might take awhile to charge the device up enough to turn the screen on. So, try cleaning the charge connector with some alcohol and check it for damage and allow port to dry before plugging in any power. Just experiment by moving the power cord around and perhaps the connector is loose pr something. I suggest leaving the cord plugged in even for days or hours because it can take different devices a long time to charge if they are flat.

My philips gogear vibe wont turn on

Reset your GoGear with something sharp like the tip of a pen or the end of a paper clip,

if you're device isn't working properly or there's a frozen display.

Insert the sharp object into the "Reset" hole (located at the bottom of the player), and hold it there until the device turns off.

If resetting the device does nothing to restore the display, access the "Philips Device Manager" through your computer to recover the GoGear.

Click "Start" on your computer, then "Programs," "Philips Digital Audio Player," "Aria Device Manager," and then "Philips Device Manager."

This will launch the "Philips Device Manager." Make sure the GoGear is turned off completely. Connect your GoGear to your computer while holding down the "Volume Up" button.

Continue to hold the "Volume Up" button on your GoGear, until the "Philips Device Manager" recognizes the device and enters recovery mode.

Click the "Repair" button when it appears on your computer, then folow the steps to fully recover the GoGear.

Properly disconnect your GoGear from your computer and restart the device.

Recharge your device if your GoGear dies suddenly while playing.

Connect the GoGear to your computer via the supplied USB cord.

Plug one end of the USB cord into a functional, open USB port on your computer. Plug the free, smaller end of the USB cord firmly into the small USB jack on your GoGear and turn your computer on.

This will begin the charging process of your GoGear.

If recharging doesn't work, the battery may need to be replaced.

Check that your GoGear isn't in standby mode. Hold the "Power" button for two seconds to turn it back on.

hope this helps

My kyros won't charge

I would first try a different power cord/brick and make sure that isn't the issue. If that still doesn't work then you may have a broken port on your Kyros. In that case try and get a warranty replacement and if that isn't feasible you will most likely have to pay for the repair. If you recently dropped it while it was plugged in, that may have broken the connection between the port and the device.

Acer 1410 can't turn on with cord plugged in

The battery isn't charging, from what you describe. Sounds like a bent pin, or a bad charging circuit. Waranty should cover, unless it was dropped or 'abused,' assuming that it was a new present. Take a quick look at the battery connection.

Sometimes my Iphone will not charge when i connect it to the wall charger. I just bought my iphone a couple of months ago.

If your iPhone is not charging when you plug it into a wall charger or into you computer's usb port, this is a usb connectivity issue and the connection just needs to be reset. All that needs to be done is plug the iPhone's cable into the phone but don't plug into the computer yet. Hold the phone's select button (the round button with the square) down for about 30 seconds or until the apple appears on the screen. your phone will reload and reset the connection and the computer should recognize the device. Allow the phone to charge for at least 30 minutes before unplugging.
