I have a rca projection tv and last couple day my screen went blurry i ran the auto convergence and it was no help it clears up a little right as i turn it off on a scale of ive changed caps anf flyback before please help i can get anyinfo u need

If you have the original remote to that tv, click on menu, then select set up from the on screen menu, then select convergence. you might see auto convergence as well as manual for blue and red convergence.
If you see Auto, select it, this will line up your tubes.
If no auto convergence, you will have to select each one, and follow the instructions to aline your tubes.
Thats a convergence issue. Press the menu button and scroll to settings then see if the option for convergence and auto convergence is still there or has it disappeared> Then let me know and I will assist you.
It sound like your tv needs convergence repair. There is a couple of possible causes to this problem on this particular model. One will be a missing voltage due to a loose conection on the fly back transformer, it may cause a fuse to open; it may also be a bad convergence power supply module, or a bad convergence module.

This denotes a convergence problem. I would suggest that first you enter the menu of your TV ad try to do an auto converge on your set, if this does not work I would suspect that the convergence ICs have gone bad and need to be replaced. The model number of your TV probably falls under the ITC-222 chassis design. Do a search based on that criteria and it should point you in the right direction. If I remember right, you need to replace FL231 on the deflector board though. Good luck Dave.

I would suggest the convergence ICs as well as a couple resistors right near the Convergence ICs mst likely. 90 % of the time thats the problem. They are not expensive, if you can solder you can handle it if your careful with your solder and use heat sink compound.
