Re: I can't get the ddishwasher to pull out it moves
It must be hooked on somthing see if the top of the machine is clear of all obstuctions and if so then try lifting the front of the machine at the same time you are pulling it.

Apparently you have water down in the flood area of the dishwasher, where the leak detector is located. Pull the dishwasher out and remove the right-side panel. Pull the insulation up, and look inside with a bright flashlight. The leak detector is located on that side. Depending on the model, you may have to move the motor capacitor out of the way, or move the controller out of the way to be able to get to that area to dry up the water. But the question is, "Where did the water come from?" You may have a bad (leaky) main pump, a bad drain pump, or a crack or hole in one of the hoses (the drain hose is the most common).
Turn off the supply faucet to the dishwasher, also under the sink.
Disconnect the dishwasher supply hoses and the drain hose which usually empties into the garbage disposal. Have a small bucket or pan and some towels ready, the water in the hoses will leak out.
Open the dishwasher door. There should be 3 or more screws holding the dishwasher to the cabinet. Remove these screws and re-close the dishwasher door.
Grab the dishwasher door handle and gently pull the dishwasher outwards, lifting slightly and moving side-to-side as space allows.
If it is unable to move due to the trim plate at the front of the base of the dishwasher, remove that too. Otherwise, just leave the trim in place.
Gradually continue to pull the dishwasher outwards, and push/pull the hoses and power cord out along with it.
The sensor is on the outside of the unit on the left side. slide the unit out of its location, taking care not to pull apart the fresh water hose, drain hose or electrical wiring, the sensor is on the left side, a small clearish plastic box with a rubber hose connected to the bottom, it's probably filled with crud which blocks the plastic float from moving up and down, the float covers and uncovers 2 small electric eyes, carefully remove the box and clean the crud out with an old toothbrush and it should work find, did for mine, good luck
ps, try not to soak the 2 small electrical pc boards on the sensor, if they do get wet, dry them well before reinstalling
The most comon problem is a water input valve that gets plugged or the input strainer. The valve uses a tiny pintle pulled by a solenoid that opens a small orifice which then moves a diaphram that opens the main valve seat. A small piece of contamination can plug the little orifice so valve won't open. USUALLY you can take valve out and clean the little screen where the water comes in and disassemble and clean the guts of the valve. Be careful to NOT lose the little spring behind the pintle.
page 14 item 8 looks like the part you have to replace. The procedure to replace it might be slightly difficult if you are not used to repairing this dishwasher. You have to make sure the two actuators on each side and the corresponding motors are aligned properly and work in unison so that the seal engages and disengages equally on both sides.
You may have to pull the dishwasher out and remove the clamp on the hose from the pump. run a snake or a coat hanger or anything else that you be long, flexible but stiff enough to move through the drain. You might be able to go from the disposal side back to the drain. This would be easier if you can. If you run water down the disposal side does it back up into the sink? If it does, then the clog is down below the disposal and not the dishwasher side.
Check your "air gap". This is the device that sticks above the countertop and prevents any water backup from getting into your dishwasher. The problem may well be a partially clogged air gap.
Remove the decorative cover and there should be a plastic dome that can be removed. Firmly grip the plastic dome and move from side to side while pulling up. Once you get the dome off you will be able to see if it is clogged. This can be done without removing the drain hose from the bottom of the air gap. This solved my problem which was the dishwasher not completely pumping all the water out. After cleaning the air gap it drains properly.
Clean out the air gap. Remove decorative cover by pulling up. Remove plastic dome by gripping and moving side to side while pulling it up. When you get the dome off you can see if the air gap is partially blocked.
Washers have a fill line to a small blue valve underneath, there is also a power supply, and drain line hose. Make sure to turn breaker and water supply off, before removal
