I've been trying to get anything to scan on this printer and I need help it just keeps saying "Scan using SC1: or SC2-6 but it never says ready to scan
Can the machine copy OK if not I think you might have a fauty scanner unit. Try pressing enter or select when asking to scan using SC1 or SC2 see what happens.

you need to reinstall it using printers cd first uninstall the one you hame now in your pc after that run setup from your cd or download the driver from Hp official site and follow the steps from setup with your printer disconnected until setup ask you to connect it
