for me I think I'm gonna try Decision One a certified Dell fixer upper. I looked at my inverter and there were no burns that I could see. My problem is different from Headstrongs come to find out. Dell w3201c is the model number, it has samsung on parts under the hood....

May be a manufacture defect or the Screen goes wiped out during transportation.

Was the toner remanufactured/ compatible?
Sounds to me like the doctor blade in the cartridge is 'gummed' up and not allowing the toner to flow evenly across the Developer roller......try another cartridge

this sounds like a scan board gone ,, if you check ebay youll see two things,
1, other tvs for sale with the same fault (It might give you a clue to the fault ie , which board )
2, the same tv as yours with a broken screen ,
i dont know how good you are with taking things to bits but i personally would buy the tv with the broken screen and start swapping over the internal boards ?
Have you checked your home insurance policy for broken tv,s
it may have fell of its stand when you were'nt looking?
