Connect front the sub out (single) on the amp to one of the rca inputs on the sub, This will work reasonably well but to make the most from the sub buy a 2 rca to 1 rca cable and use it to connect both rca inputs on the sub to the single output on the amp
if its shuting down the voice coil is probley bad! u need to replace it ! i got 2 1200watt square subwoofers and they did the same thing . it was the voice coil!
I Think its a loose connection in electric circuit. Due to vibration in the woofer the connection might be going off. Check the power circuit for any loose connections.
