I have an ink system failure Oxc19a0036 on my C6380. I have restarted several times without success. Is this similar to the Oxc19a0023 error, or is this something different?

Call 1-800-HP-Invent. They will walk you through a procedure to reset the ink system. You'll need to get a senior tech to do it, and it's a 50/50 shot as to whether it'll fix it. You may have to pay for this service if the unit is out of warranty. HP will usually take your word as to purchase date initially, so if it's out of warranty, LIE...just be aware that they will only believe you once and you will have to provide proof of purchase to get any further service!
I have done some searching on your problem. It seems like there is some kind of a Microsoft problem with your machine. You should try uninstalling your software and then upgrading the following: Windows Installer XML parser .Net Framework
After you have upgraded these components as far as possible, try installing the software again.
