If the TV is a few years old the flashing green light means the bulb need to be replaced. That's why the TV will not show a picture. Check your owners manual on how to replace.

You have a good eye, that would be the color wheel. You can call samsung at 1-800-samsung to find a repair center, it is not an easy job to replace it yourself.

the flasher relay is located in the fuse panel, But you may want to check the front lights as well since all 4 of the blinkers are linked for the hazzard feature,any one of the bulbs can cause this issue.

problem with mitsubishi wd65737. thought the bulb was bad, bought a new bulb replaced it and now the screen doesnt want to come on. light on the front of the tv turns green, you have sound but no picture then the tv turns off the light on the front is now steady red. resetting the sytem worked yesterday but not today.

I have one of these units, if the light is blinking and no picture as you have stated then you will need to replace the bulb in the unit. it is contained in the front of the unit behind the front panel on the right, you would remove the front panel after unplugging the unit, remove the single screw and pull out the box. replace it and then reverse the proces. the bulbs can be obtained for about $130.00 to $200.00 depending on where you get it from. Shop around.

It is your power supply Capactors that are blown...Remove the back of the tv and look at the power supply and look for the round capacitors that have blown (see the non-flat tops usually w/discoloration).....Usually it is 3 of the 1000uf 16v capacitors that need to be upgraded....

Just pull use a soldering iron and remove the leaking/blown ones and replace with higher voltage ones....I used Panasonic ECA-1EHG102 25V 1000uf ones from Digi-Key (Digi-Key p/n P5544-ND)....If it is the two larger ones that are leaking/blown (1000uf 35V) replace those with higher quality Panasonic ECA-1VHG102 ones as well (Digi-Key p/n P5555-ND)...

I just did this to my TV and it is now working again....

My too, same problem - tried replacing lamp ($150), no luck, replaced ballast ($200) no luck, replaced power supply ($150) no luck and TSC is telling me to replace the main engine ($600) - way too much for this piece of junk (cost me $4000 in 2005) - don't buy optoma products!!!

Replace the bulb. I got my bulb from Samsung Parts for $125. Worked perfectly
