Brother CS60000i: When I sew either a straight stitch, decorative stitch, etc., it seems that this machine is terribly noisy. It isn't as quiet as other machines I have used.

If you mean noisy like does not "purr like a sewing machine", use it. Mine quieted down but it took a lot of use before it did.

Is it normal for the Pfaff snips cutter to be extremely noisy?

I bought a new Pfaff and was alarmed at how noisy it was, particularly the snips cutter. This was unacceptable and I sent the machine back, but I don't know if all machines with snips make this awful noise.

How do I fix my noisy Husqvarna Viking 64 40.

If it is mechanical (not computerized), a thorough oiling with good fresh sewing machine oil or Tri-Flow Synthetic Lube will likely make a vast improvement. Open the top, the left side cover, and the area under the sewing surface. Gently rock the handwheel and apply 1-2 drops of oil every place that metal rubs against metal. Do NOT oil rubber/fabric belts, leather, plastic, synthetic parts or computer components. Old oil turns to glue and then varnish and actually inhibits movement. Keeping the oil fresh will help your machine keep running for a long time. Oil at least every six months when not in use. More often if the machine is used frequently.

Noisy when sowing stiching not at the right lenth

It may just need cleaning - check the maintenance section of the manual for how to do this.

If you need a manual, check at the Singer Company website.

My machine gets very noisy shen sewing. But if the bobbin plug is up, its normal. Not sure what happen to it.

Try changing the needle - a dull one will cause noisy sewing and will make your machine work very hard. if you have tried that - sorry!
