How do I resolve the error message "Printer Error" (code 3825) on my all-in-one printer? To resolve the error:

1. Remove all paper from the paper tray(s).
2. Disconnect the power cord from the printer.
3. Wait 5 seconds, then reconnect the power cord.
4. Reload paper in the paper tray(s).
5. Try printing again.

Look above the shelf where copies come out. If you see a disk about 1.5 to 2" across , it may have been bumped into the "locked" position.
Either turn it 90 degrees or take it out & throw it away.

found a solution for your error code 3807 "System status failed"

To resolve the error condition:

1. Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
2. Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
3. Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary.
4. Wait until the printer is ready to use.

If the error condition continues:

1. Remove and install the Printhead two times before closing the Printer Access Door.
2. Wait until the printer is ready to use.

If the error is not resolved, contact Kodak.

the SP motor brake signal didn't switch on within 3 seconds after turning printer on.

check for disconnected SP motor-related connectors. the printer needs servicing.

Your printer is telling you it has an operating error, many printers give flashing lights as error codes to tell you what is wrong. If you visit the cannon website for your area, they will be able to tell you exact error code.
