Question about Kodak ESP 5 Printer

Does anyone know what error code 3807 on a Kodak ESP 5 all in one is? And....can anyone tell me why the dammed thing tells me the print head is not installed every time I turn it on?

Found a solution for your error code 3807 "System status failed"

To resolve the error condition:

Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary.
Wait until the printer is ready to use.

If the error condition continues:

Remove and install the Printhead two times before closing the Printer Access Door.
Wait until the printer is ready to use.

If the error is not resolved, contact Kodak.

I am trying to set up my Kodak ESP 3250 printer. I have followed all of the instructions carefully. The printhead is in place, the black ink and colour ink cartridges are installed and I closed the access...

I was printing irs instructions and it printed 2 pages then
stopped printing.

I'm having problems getting my (less than a year old) Kodak ESP 7 to work.. i'm getting error codes. Last 5 are 3550, 3502, 3802, 3807, 3501. Any ideas? Did i get another Kodak lemon ??

Please reseat the printhead 2-3 times.

Printhead system error code 3807 Can't get printer up and running. How do i fix it?

For that problem kindly try doing the ff:

* Re-seat the inks both color and black then try printing

* Re-seat the Printhead of the printer then print again

* Try cleaning the printhead then print a demo page

* if problem still persist call 1800 421 6699 and the technical rep will replace the printhead

My printer ESP5 shows an Error code 3807. I do

Maybe the printhead is not working properly. call Kodak and they will going to replace tht printhead. Thanks

What is an error 3807?

If this error is from your printer itself, This error code means that you need to replace the Printhead. Call Kodak so that they can process a replacement for you 1800 421 6699

Hi i have a kodak ESP 5 printer and having a problem with it. the printer and computer display printer error 3802 after i print my first picture, could you please help me with this. many thanks keiron

try and reseat the print head twice........to check how to take out and put in print head you may visit www.kodak.com/go/printheadsupport . If you still get that same error then its for print head failure and just need to contact Kodak.........
