HP desk jet D2345 Status reads: door open. Door is closed please help

Eo Un-Configured Service Board - All operation held awaiting configuration. Enter Configuration Menu and set "C3" to "C" for coolers with electric heat or "H" for heat pumps. EH Emergency Hydronic Engaged. The EHH switch is closed. Compressor is switched off. Open front emergency hydronic switch to allow occupant unit operation. LS Load Shedding Engaged. The LS switch is closed. Compressor and Electric heat is switched off. Open load shedding switch to allow occupant unit operation. On Control is configured to respond to a wired thermostat. Front Desk needs to set to Rented mode (if applicable). F1 Indoor Ambient Thermistor reads outside the range -20°F to 200°F & the wireless thermostat is not communicating to the unit control or Indoor Ambient Thermistor (IAT) without a wireless remote thermostat reads outside the range -20°F to 200°F. Replace black Indoor Ambient Thermistor or Wireless Remote Thermostat. F2 Wireless Remote Thermostat failure. Replace Wireless Thermostat. F3 Indoor Ambient Thermistor reads outside the range -20°F to 200°F. Replace black Indoor Ambient Thermistor. F4 Indoor Coil Thermistor either above or below operating tolerances. Replace Red Indoor Coil Thermistor. F5 Wireless Thermostat failure. Attempt to rebind Wireless Thermostat or Replace Wireless Thermostat. C5 Outdoor Coil temperature too high for outdoor ambient temperature. Check for Blocked Outdoor Air or Clean Coil. C1 Indoor Coil is freezing up. Clean filter, Check for fan and blower operation, Check for Refrigerant loss or Restricted capillary tube. C3 Indoor Coil is freezing up. Clean filter, Check for fan and blower operation, Check for Refrigerant loss or Restricted capillary tube. C4 Indoor Coil froze up. Clean filter, Check for fan and blower operation, Check for Refrigerant loss or Restricted capillary tube. C6 Poor Unit Performance. Check for blower motor, compressor, or electric heat operation. C7 Indoor Freezing Lockout (ICT - IAT > 20) +10 Min. Clean filter, Check for fan and blower operation, Check for Refrigerant loss or Restricted capillary tube.

In Windows go to the control panel and click Printers. If possible open the print spooler and check to see if Windows is "stuck" on the print job that was in progress when the printer jammed.

Sometimes Windows doesn't "let go" of the pending print job and it will prevent further printing if it didn't get the message that the jam has been cleared. You can also try disconnecting the printer, open and close the print door and also remove and reattach the rear panel (if your printer has one). Then reconnect the printer and see if Windows properly recognizes that it is ready to print.

Try opening and closing the Print-carriage access door and the Rear cleanout door. This may reset the status.

pront door liver switch open not work it ,or it displace.you should check it or service need

Hi,the printer has a sensor that makes sure the the door is completely closed. In any case that it is indicating that the door is open, there could be an issue with the sensor. I suggest you contact technical support from the manufacturer of the printer to give you solution for the issue.

Try restarting computer, I helped a friend with this issue and she is printing now.

leave the machine on remove the cartridges close the door pull out the power cable leave it out for 10 seconds plug power cable in (note do not touch the power button) it should come on automatically when asked insert the cartridges one by one closing the door each time and follow on screen instructings

Open the printer cover.From right side there is a plastic rod.It's connect to door sensor.This plastic rod often breaks from top.Look that and if it's broke try to fix it with glue or something else.
