It would be best to supply a device name, a brand, and a model with any hardware query. It is difficult to know if you are referring to a device using printable film sheets or a type of printer for movie films. Without knowledge of what device you are dealing with, I can't discern what the "no film" message means. I suspect it is what is called a "card printer". 'make model (what it is)' in all questions please. It is referring to 'Fax Film Ribbon'. Video at the bottom. And what is _probably_ your manual?

Probably means the film has not been loaded correctly. Look in the manual for instructions on how to do this.

E means that the film hasn't been loaded properly. http://www.pentaximaging.com/files/manual/IQZoom105WR.pdf Is the instructional manual for the camera, if you read through it it should tell you how to properly load the film.

What does an error message E000007-0000 mean for a canon IR2270. Someone is suggesting to replace the laser drive motor?

Error Message e00007 code means that the fusing film is out of Home Postion or the film is ripped. You will need to most likely have the fixing film replaced. You are proble going to have to get a service to repair it.

My imagerunner 2200 has the following error message E000007-0000

The error code means the fuser film is not in the correct postion. Odds are the fuser film is wripped or torn. It is going to have to be replaced before the code can be cleared.

Nikon F100 does not advance film to start of roll,

Jim, it really sounds like one of threethings. Either will require a repair shop.
1. the film sensor is not recognizing film in the film chamber, or film across the back, therefore not telling the advance motor to advance film...
2. The film advance motor itself needs replaced.
3. The rear door latch switch needs replaced.
Since everything else seems to do OK, I doubt the main computer board is bad.

Hey sonax,
This H error message means either the film is loaded incorrectly, or there is an internal malfunction in the camera. To determine if the film is loaded incorrectly you should take the film and the batteries out of the camera then reinstall the batteries and try taking a picture without film in the camera. If the camera allows it then the film was loaded incorrectly and I would refer to the camera manual for directions on how to load the film correctly. If the H error message persists then there is most likely an internal malfunction and I would have the camera looked at by an authorized service technician. I hope this helps!

EOO7 error means: fusing film damaged or out of position. This means that an error has occurred with the fixing unit. This is the hot bit the paper goes through just before it comes out of the machine. It consists of a lower roller and above that a thin loop film of thermal plastic with a ceramic heater inside it. It is almost certain that this film has become displaced or damaged. E007 means that this film is not rotating correctly or jogging back and forth over the sensor. It will need a new fixing film. Did you run the adjustment for installing a new fuser film when you installed the fuser? Other than that, just check to make sure the film isn't broken or missing a piece.
