The abnormal rise of temperature.May be main thermistor or dc controller pcb.You have to reset the machine in service mode COPIER FUNCTION CLEAR ERROR.

Where does laser drive motor in canon ir2270

Laser polygon mirror motor is in the laser assembly. Take off front and left cover on copier and remove laser gently out of left side.

Laser scanner motor is behind the reader rear cover.

This error is a laser motor error. You can try to lube the laser bearings by taking apart the laser assembly, most likely you will need to get a replacement

error 71 is a problem with the polygon motor which is in the laser unit. This error usually means that you would need the laser unit replaced.
I'd suggest calling out an engineer.

Error Message e00007 code means that the fusing film is out of Home Postion or the film is ripped. You will need to most likely have the fixing film replaced. You are proble going to have to get a service to repair it.

E007 is fixing film trouble error.Its not related to laser in any way.

These means that you need to change the fixing foil or fixing film assy.

E00007 means there is a problem in heating system or electrical power come with over flow currency try to reset it and if the error continue unscrew fuser unity and check it.
