Check whether there is a "CC" button on the remote control. If you are using a universal remote control, it might not have this button. As there is no selection for closed caption in the TV menu options, its original remote control will have this CC button. If you are the original remote, press this button once.
Yes,there is one read the back tv have labling for a ear phone socket connection.Read ur tv owner manual for exactly where it is located.Why don't u used tv Closed Captioning functions like word scrolling on the tv screen for u to read it.A remote should have a button on it lable like CC button.Push that CC button a couple time u will get CC1,2,3.. u will get scrolling down as Closed Captioning words on the tv screen to u to read.
Press the "Menu" button on the remote, then scroll down to the "Picture" setting and press the "Enter" button on the remote. Go to "Screen" and push the "Enter" button, then go to "Reset" and press the "Enter" button again. It will ask you to confirm the reset order. When you do, the image will reset to factory settings.
If you still have the Sanyo remote, you just need to press the INPUT button on the remote. The channel search and some other functions are disabled when the TV is in video/AV/game mode.

there is no delete button, but yu can press the menue/ok button and the frst option in the menue shuld be a picture od a trash can select it then press OK
