I have a dialata color cf3102 commercial copier and when i turn it on i get (malfunction detected. call technician for assistant) c- of 36. Can anyone tell me what this means.

If the Parking Assist symbol is flashing or yellow in color, or both, the system has detected an issue and will be disabled temporarily. One of the most common malfunctions isn't actually a malfunction, it may just be some dirt covering the sensors. If too much dirt covers the sensors, they will not be able to measure distances accurately. To prevent any accidents, the whole system will be disabled and you'll have to rely on your eyes to park your car. Once you clean the car by washing it, the parking assist should return to normal. If washing the car doesn't help, you'll need the help of a certified technician to identify any issues.

FIRST, if this code comes back. Have a technician look at it DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the code!!!! AS this is for the Hot Part called the FUSER. It can catch on fire! And that will ruin a perfectly good day!!!!


1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.

If your copier models is Konica minolta Bizhub C350 reset the error code:
Turn OFF the copier.
Press and keep pressed the Utility key and turn ON.
Keep pressed the Utility key and wait will Trouble reset message displayed.
Release the Utility key and touch the message.
Turn OFF the copier,wait 1 minutes and turn ON.
If the code persist enter in the service mode,select counter,select service call condition and read the trouble code description to lacalizate the truble.
If your copier model is KonicaMinolta Dialta CF3102 or OCE CS 220 the code C0096 refer to Transfer belt separation.

This will require a service technician to address the problem, the self diagnostics is telling you it has a part failure.

Error Code #36 IS faulty ignition > "Open cicuit detected in the primary lead of ignition coil #4."
Probable causes are:
-open or short cicuit in wiring harness.
-malfunction in ignition coil.
-malfunction in ecu
-malfunction in component of ignition cut-off circuit system.

There could be 2 reason for this, first Imaging Unit or Laser Unit, the easiest way to try changing the Yellow Imaging unit, If the problem is not solved, Swap the laser unit yellow one with another laser unit,check if the problem is shifted to the color to which laser is changed

This code is related to fusing pressure, which could mean fusing unit malfunction.
Put paper clip through a hole under LED cleaning pads inside the front door to reset.
