Screen not responding following extended period of storage...

1. Leave it on the charger for an extended period (e.g., overnight) to ensure the battery gets a full charge.
2. If it still doesn't turn on after a full charge, try a different charger and cable to rule out any issues with the charging equipment.

Typically if a touch screen stops responding in a specific area it is an issue with the screen itself, and it will need to be replaced. You can usually have this done at your wireless provider, or if you bought an extended warranty of some sort this type of issue is usually covered. In that case, you would want to follow the directions on your warranty.

To extend Roomba's battery life and keep Roomba cleaning at peak performance: • Always keep Roomba plugged in when not in use. • Recharge Roomba as soon as possible. had the same problem... remove the battery for an extended period of time and try again. unfortunately for me the phones screen now refuses to turn on, the keyboard woks now but the screen is completely black- best of luck with yours

1. Go into the menu and find "reset"...follow the on-screen instructions. 2. Remove the card and battery...press all the buttons...leave it alone for 20 minutes...insert the card and then the battery...turn it on.

I would charge it over night. If the batteries went completely dead sometimes it takes an extended period of time to charge them. If that doesn't work try using the free palm chat. i've got the same problem with you. my phone wont respond to my commands everytime i charge my phone. sometimes it responds but would respond very slowly as if the interface is lagging. every now and then the phone would freeze and wont respond and wont turn off and only way to turn it off is by removing the battery. anyone else having similar problem? how to fix this?

ouch... Try opening it up and run a business card between the digitizer and the screen. Fixes m500s and m100s.
