You need to remove your front left hand wheel, then stick your head in wheel arch and remove the inner guard which is held in there by 6 to 8 plastic grommets. Once removed you'll see were the aerial is connected and goes into the car. Pull the rubber grommet out of the seat it sits in. Now get into the car and where your feet sit on passenger side, look up and to the left and you will see aerial cable and where its connected. unplug it and then go back to wheel arch and pull cable through. There should also be 2 or 3 bolts that bolt in wheel arch that hold the aerial in place that need to be undone to allow the aerial to drop out. To re-install just do reverse of the way you pulled it out.
