At first in diagnostics it didn't fill with water, but I fixed that. Now it runs through the tests fine.

SOURCE: F20 Error code

I'm getting the same F20 error code. I bought this machine used and luckily it still has a warranty. Right now we only have the cold water hooked up, but the clothes don't feel very wet and the softner is still in the softner holder.
What do I need to do to correct it.

SOURCE: Samsung J845 front loader washing machine. Error

Hi
An OE error presents if the washing machine has not successfully drained the water in ten minutes.
there are a few simple steps to take before calling for service.
Step 1: Check the drain pump filter.
Items caught in the drain filter will prevent proper drainage. Over time build up can occur from detergents and additives used in the machine. Manually drain unit through the drain hose, then lay a towel down to catch the water, and remove the filter. Clean the filter thoroughly and restart the machine.

Step 2: Check the washers drain hose.
If the drain hose is not installed properly, the washer will not drain properly. The drain hose should not be installed more than 1 meter higher than the bottom of the washing machine.

Step 3: Confirm that the washer is leveled properly.
If the unit is not leveled properly, it will not drain properly. The front of the unit cannot be higher than the back or vice versa. If not properly leveled, the water can flow back into the machine. If this is the cause of the problem, please level the machine using the supplied leveling wrench. When you place a level on the washing machine, the bubble should be in the center. Confrim that the washer is leveled from side to side and front to back.
you can perform a diagonal test when leveling the washing machine to ensure that the unit does not tilt from corner to corner.

Atiston front loading washer flashes f-11 code

Check the Motor and Drum: Sometimes, issues with the motor or drum can trigger the F-11 error. Inspect the motor and drum for obstructions or mechanical problems. It's possible that something is impeding their movement.
Verify Water Supply: Ensure that there is no issue with the water supply. If the washer doesn't fill properly during the spin cycle, it can lead to an error code. Check for water inlet valve problems or water pressure issues.
Verify Electrical Connections: Double-check all electrical connections and wiring, not just those accessible from the bottom panel. Issues with the control board or other components may not always be visible from the outside.
Sensor and Switch Inspection: Look for any faulty sensors, switches, or pressure switches that might affect the spin cycle. A malfunctioning sensor or switch can lead to the error code.
Professional Service: If you've thoroughly checked the visible components and the problem persists, it's advisable to contact a professional appliance technician who can perform a comprehensive diagnostic and identify the root cause of the issue. They may need to use specialized diagnostic tools to pinpoint the problem accurately.
The F-11 error code can sometimes be challenging to diagnose because it can result from various underlying issues. If you've exhausted your troubleshooting options and the problem persists, professional service is likely the most effective way to address the issue and get your washer back in working order.

Getting an error code U6 on my Fisher & Paykel dishwasher

The U6 error code on a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher typically indicates an issue with the fill valve. This means that the dishwasher is not receiving enough water to properly wash dishes. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the water supply: Make sure that the water supply to the dishwasher is turned on and that there is adequate water pressure. If the water supply is turned off, turn it back on and try running the dishwasher again.
  2. Check the fill valve: The fill valve is responsible for regulating the water flow into the dishwasher. Check to see if the fill valve is clogged or faulty. If it is clogged, try cleaning it with a soft-bristled brush. If it is faulty, you may need to replace it.
  3. Check the float switch: The float switch is located in the bottom of the dishwasher and is responsible for regulating the water level. If the float switch is stuck in the up position, it may be preventing the dishwasher from filling with water. Try gently moving the float switch up and down to see if it is stuck.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact a professional appliance repair technician to diagnose and fix the problem.

My LG has an ie error that persists even when the valves and inlets have been checked, the machine shuts down while filling with wate. Had the machine less than 3 years, how do I fix this?

it could be the heating element, if the heating element is damaged the pcb will cut the power. as its detected a fault. the element has a resistance if it goes up or down in resistance the pcb detects this as a fault. you can test this by removing the wire to the heater element, it will fill up with water then but when it comes to heating water it will shut of as a fault. and show a code.

I am getting a IL code on my display

IL code is: water heater has lime deposits.
Tankless should be de-limed each year using white vinegar..
Search U-tube for "de-lime tankless heater" to see how to do this yourself, or call service technician.
There are special fittings that can be added to tank at the hot-n-cold ports that let you easily de-lime your water heater each year.

Typical manual shows error IL on page 33:
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Rheem-RTG74IndoorOutdoor_owners.pdf

Typical manual also shows regular maintenance on page 29.
The word maintenance is used throughout the manual.

Research shows that regular de-liming will not restore full efficiency to tankless water heaters:

GE Model WJRE5550H1WW When I press the start button I get lights but the water doesn't start filling. This has progressed from an occasional occurrence to frequent. Am considering replacing the board...

I am hoping you fixed this problem already but if not I here is what I found out last night. My washer was acting similar to what your describing. I hit the start and I get lights flashing between fill and wash. I found out the behind the control panel is a service paper. On this paper it will describe to you how to run diagnostic on the control panel to check for error codes and the functions for the washer(Pump, spin, hot water valve, cold water valve, slow agitate, fast agitate). When test the functions a second LED was lit indicating the pressure switch(also called water level switch) was showing a full load. Washer was empty! I then unpluged the washer and checked for continuity on the water level switch between the termials where the orange wire and the brown wire attach to. I was having sporadic continuity.(explains the flashing lights between fill and wash). If you have no continuity or sporadic like I did replace the switch. It is like $20 shipped on line. I hopes this helps. I spent I good 6 hours on the internet yesterday piecing info together on this because I couldn't find the same problem I was having.

Kenmore Elite Oasis HE washer error code F2

The error code must be cleared first to make the machine back into operation. You have to press the PAUSE/CANCEL button twice to clear the error on the display.

The only filter the machine has is the one you removed to clean the pump. When the error is cleared, you can check the pump whether it is operating properly or not by running the diagnostic test.

Diagnostic Test Mode Procedure

  1. Close the door.
  2. Select the DRAIN/SPIN.
  3. Select NO SPIN by pressing the SPIN SELECT button.
  4. Press RINSE/HOLD or PREWASH OPTION button four times within five seconds.
  5. "C:00" will show on the display indicating that the door is locked and the diagnostic test starts.
  6. Press the button you pressed in step 4 above two times. "C:01" will show on the display and the machine starts to fill.
  7. Press PAUSE/CANCEL button two times when there's enough water inside the tub to stop the test.
  8. Observe the water level falls as the pump starts draining the water. Replace the pump if the water inside the tub does not drain. You have removed and cleaned the pump so you can easily replace it too.
Please inform me about the result of the diagnostic test and if you still need any assistance regarding this problem.
