There is a short to ground causing the fuse to blow. Trace all wires from IGN and look for one that may have been damaged.

if the fuse blows right away when you turn the lights on or blows as soon as you put the key in and turn my car on, then you may have a dead short in the circuit.

I have a John Deere Riding Mower that has trouble

Which engine does the tractor have in it?
Actually it sounds more like the key switch itself. Try unplugging the connector from the back of the switch and look for corrosion, dirt build up etc in the plug. Plug and unplug it a couple of times, if there is corrosion on the contact points, this will usually cure it. Look for corrosion on both battery terminals and clean them if they are corroded, also check both for tightness especially the negative (ground) terminal.

As i turn on microwave it blows the fuse. what could be the reason.

try using it at a different location in the house(different circuit) if it also blows that fuse, there must be a short in the unit. do not use. if it works means line in the kitchen is overload, and you need a higher fuse rating or breaker.

My riding mower blows fuses once you turn the key.

Sounds like you are on the right path, maybe some wires on the ignition were replaced backward, and you are sending +12v directly to ground? Does it blow right away?
