I eventually found that Alba products are a brand name owned by Sainsbury's and presently are exclusivley sold by Argos stores in the United Kingdom.

I also found on the Argos web site

there is a link to manuals for Alba products near the bottom of the page with the link cited above: Need Product Support?

However, I did not find the user's manual for your model of Alba portable CD player there.

Therefore, I suggest you make a telephone call to Alba Technical Support and ask about the availability of a manual for your model. This is the phone number in the U.K.:

1.press source button and hold until unit powers off
2.press audio and hold until clock appears
3.press -> <- arrows to select hours from minutes
4.0up and down buttons to change the time.
