Good Afternoon friend, thank you for your post!

I understand that you have some standing water inside of your Frigidaire dishwasher. It is a normal operation to have anywhere from 2 to 3 inches of water inside of the tub of your dishwasher. If it is anything more than that you could have an issue with the drain pump or drain line.

You may want to check the drain line for any restrictions or clogs that could cause improper siphoning from your dishwasher. You should also make sure that the filter located in the bottom of your tub is clean, that could cause water to stand within your dishwasher. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt

Look for restricted drain system. Screens and ports get plugged, also verify the drain hose is NOT kinked at all. Hot water draining relaxes hose and can cause restriction.

I have standing water in my dishwasher. How do I unclog the drain?

It will be smelly water and if you have access to a shop vac that will help you remove the standing water if not use a bowl or turkey blaster listed below.
Use a small bowl to remove standing water from washer to access screen to remove and check for blockage. Once you have removed all the water that you can with a bowl or cup. You can use a turkey blaster to sucton remaining water from dishwasher.
Then you remove screen and clean out drain and also check drain line for blockage from dishwasher to under sink.

Clean out drain to unclog in bottom of dishwasher and you may have to remove drain line to clean it.

After the wash, the water still remain in the basket.

IF you still have water standing in your dishwasher after it's done running you most likely have a damaged pump. This is quite common and is usually caused by a piece of a broken dish/glass or a small utensil getting down into the pump and breaking the fins on the empeller. This is a fairly envolved repair that requires taking apart the pump in order to repair it.

NO WATER GETTING TO DISHWASHER FLITERS CLEAN AND NO GLOGS AND SPRAY ARM WONT SPIN

Check the base of the unit for a small float or a little water.
There is often an "Aqua stop" valve to prevent accidental flooding. even a little leak will stop it.

If there is no water visible, then you may need a replacement inlet valve.

Standing water at drain in dishwasher after using.  Is this normal or should the water drain completely.

Most dishwashers leave a small amount of water in the bottom to keep the seals lubricated. If it is only a small amount of water it should be normal.

My dishlex dishwasher overflows

The only part that physically allows water to enter a dishwasher (upon receiving power from the control) is the inlet water-valve. I would test the inlet water-valve located directly where you in-coming water line is connected to.

Shut-off power to the dishwasher and remove the 2 prong connection to the water-valve solenoid (small, black, batter size). Test the solenoid for continuity; if bad, replace the entire inlet water-valve (cost about $20)
