the dishwasher might accept cold water but must heat the water up during the cycle. If it does not then check the heater circuit......element...thermos NTC, with a meter for electrical continuity....some dishwashers stop mid cycle if the re is no heat but some go right through on cold depending on the make.. good luck
Hi, the first thing the dishwasher does is fill with water, so this sounds like a Anti Flood water pump problem this is just behind the water pipe that feeds the clean water into your machine, one thing to check is if the machine is empty of water at the moment, if the machine has water in the bottom then it could be the Drain Pump.
not familiar with model. element can be inside cabinet in which case it will be obvious or may be in a cylinder heater mounted in the base. suspect stats as well or possibly the module
