Usually this indicates that there's a problem with one of the following:
Best thing to do is try removing the cartridges, clean the cartridges gently with a cotton bud or similar, then replace them.. And to check the movement of the printhead to see if there are any indications of halted movement, etc...
If all else fails you will need to contact an Epson service engineer to try and get some help.

pree menu on the printer > go to maintenance > go to ink cartridge > press ok > open the lid > the cartridge will be in installing position, pull and relaese the lock > pull the cartridge u want to change using the clip provided. > undo the plastic pack of the new cartridge, tear open the vaccum pack, pull out the yellow tape > keep the cartrigdge on the hoder straight and gently press the top until u hear it click ! !!
