I was on youtube on my dsi and when I selected watch video it said error code 300019 address is not know or unsupported. I tried Nintendo support and that code was not an option.
SOURCE: when i insert my R4i for DSi card, it start to say
You're not going to find manual support for a flash card like the R4.
Your best bet is to just reformat the SD card and start over again.
There's a great tutorial to set it up on http://www.dscardworld.com with pictures and links to all the official software on their support page.
If you suspect that you have unstable fake clone version you can get a genuine card there too. I managed to find this site after I got burned at a few others. Loved having my emails responded to because I had loads of questions, and they were quick to ship it.
Best of luck!
SOURCE: my dsi wont let me upgrade it.
You won't believe this answer but it works!
The same thing happened to me, I kept waiting and waiting and then it would say error. But, all you need to do is close the top of the dsi ( NOT THE POWER! ) and wait a few seconds. Then, when you open it up it almost always has one bar loaded! Keep doing this till loaded.
NOTE: You must open the top and then close it again, even if you wait an hour before opening it will have on bar more loaded!
Good luck!! :)

Error Code: 051099Was this information helpful? Unable to use your wireless signal Likely cause: It appears that the settings entered into the Nintendo DS are not compatible, or the router's broadcast settings should be changed. How to fix: Try creating a new connection with your system. Nintendo DSi owners trying to play multiplayer games will want to be sure to read the "Trying to play online multiplayer with Nintendo DSi."
