if it is self inflating, the cuff is too loose.

If it is the type you have to pump up, you are not going high enough. When you stop pumping you loose 10 digits before the beep. I expect to be around 130, so I pump up to 160.

No! The chair draws far more power (amps) that the charger can supply. A GOOD charger will only supply 6 amps, a standard one is 2 amps.You could use jump leads and a car battery to test.
