I need the vizio blue ray player code for a one for all remote controler urc3220

You can't set its blu-ray region by any universal remote control. You can set the DVD region with a universal remote control. If you wish to get more details; check the sites linked here. Do a search by type in the brand name of your device, at its search box, and press "Enter". Or, pull up older posts.

This remote control has no setup codes for Blu-Ray player. available codes to blu-ray players are published by the linked site here. visit the site named 'Electro-help'. Click this link. Do a search by entering the brand name to your device by its search box at top right of the display window, because, posts are not arranged in alphabetical order, but by brand name at first.

You could try the manual code search for the remote. With the player on, press and hold Setup until the light blinks then press the button that you want to use to control the Blu-ray player. Press Play repeatedly until the player responds. Press and release Mute to lock in the code.

However, I suspect your problem is that the blu-ray player is newer than the remote. Universal remotes tend to be limited to codes for devices released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed. Thus you need a newer universal remote. You can try the remote that came with the Vizio player (most of these will control a few other devices).
