IS the TV going off by a "clicking" sound or other way? If this is the case then there is likely a heating issue with your TV. The tuner is going off because board CPU is reporting an overheat condition. Try letting the TV cool for a while and see if it starts again. Otherwise you have a blown power board.
if you have more then 1 hdmi on tv your box should have 2 u take and plug1 directly in to tv from box and keep it the same way and just change input on tv to hdmi 1 or 2 or 3 etc. most new tvs have 4 of them or let me know what box u have hope this helps ya
This is a pitcure tube problem, either you buy another picture tube and change it on your TV or if this is under warranty better to send it back to the manufacturer and have this one repair.
