What do i do about the tirntable not turning - Panasonic NN-H965 Microwave Oven

The door interlock switches require replacement.

Is it turning when the unit is not being used? If so there is no user serviceable parts inside please seek repair. If it only turns while in operation this may be normal as most do not allow you to turn off the turn table.

Does it have the option to turn the turn table off if so turn it off and see if noise goes away if so turn table motor very common over time it will default back to on on next cycle

You either have a bad turntable motor, or else a bad (broken) shaft coupler.

may sound stupit but are the rollers clean and does the pice in the middle that turns them turn when its not in or is the wrong playe in there or your belt could be broken that turns it

Is the plate engaging the drive?

r u putting heavy stuff on it? if not, then its probably how it is and u should exchange it.
