Hello, most probably you will not be able to replace the wire so that the speaker system remains as "good-looking" as after buying it. I am also not sure if the company or it's vendors might be able to replace it for reasonable amount of money. Most probably they would advice buying a new one. I think the best way would be for you yourself trying to repair you speakers wire. It most probably got damaged or broken, that's why you still can hear the sound while jigging the wire.
In this case i would advise repairing the wires with soldering iron. you will need to cut out the part of wire which is damaged (most probably aproximately around 5cm of wire) and after you will have to simply strip the 3 wires from their cover, and solder them with the soldering iron. Be cautious to wrap each soldered part separately with a small piece of insulating tape or duct tape in order to prevent them from contacting with each other.

Which speaker? Assuming you mean the external wires, one speaker has as simple twin lead, but the one with the volume controls is much more complex. Off hand if you are asking, you may not have the required skills to make the repair. :(

What could be wrong with my Vizio e50 it makes fuzzy noise under what's playing

Sounds like a short to ground somewhere in the speaker wiring . Inspect the speaker wiring for a loose connection, corrosion or a break in the isolated wire against something . Try jiggle the wires at connection see if sounds clear to find trouble area. Also first test moving your video wires at the Jack's on TV and cable box could be there . A short somewhere but chasing it down is always finding a needle in a haystack most of the time

My left speaker has no sound unless i jiggle the cord right at the part where all 3 p;ugs turn into 1 cord. how do i fix it?

The wire inside the speaker cable is broken. You may be able to identify the exact point the wire is broken by bending the wire and unbending the wire. If you can locate the approximate location of the break, you could cut the broken section out then strip the wire, and reconnect. Best to solder if possible. Otherwise, you will probably need to replace the cable or buy a new speaker set.

A loose or intermittent cable contact on the OUTSIDE would affect ALL speaker output, not just the high frequencies, and it would probably produce speaker-threatening crackles.

That loose tweeter connection the other guys found isn't fixed. Go back and make them fix it right.

What are your present speaker connection ends if NOT bare wire?

Sounds like the wires have come disconnected
from the speaker , If you take off the cover and remove the screws holding the speaker in place ,
look make sure that two wires are conneced to the speaker if not you may need to solder a loose one back on.
