Hi is the remote control faulty, ? Have you tried changing batteries? If this is not the issue have you the facility of changing channels manually? If you can and this has no effect try a hard reset to factory default through the remote control menus. If the fault is not hardware related this shuld rectify the tv.

Check the remote control for its infrared emission. If found OK, check and replace the infrared sensor in the TV. If you wish to get more details, check this link. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Selecting the view option, either to Mosaic / Time slide, can be selected by the drop-down list, at the top left of the display window, will make surf easy. You can also do a search, by type in the brand name/model number/IC used, in the search box at the top right of the display window.

Press the LOCK button to lock or unlock the TV.

When the TV is locked, the screen will turn to blue background, and nothing can be viewed unless you press
LOCK again to unlock it.
[Sometimes you may need to press the LOCK button more than 5 seconds contnously to unlock the TV]
