1) If you're actually scanning to an email address, make sure your SMTP email server information in the copier's web page is correct.
If you are using names instead of IP addresses, also make sure your DNS server IP's are correct.
2) If you're scanning to create the fake email set up by Sharp Network Scanner tool, the connection info in your copier is old and needs to be refreshed.
From the computer you're trying to scan to, right click on the Network Scanner Tool icon in the tray, go to Automatic Profile Update, and select Update Now. If you have no tray icon, reboot your computer.
If your copier is set up to store names instead of IP addresses, make sure your DNS information is correct in the web page.

That code means you have a drum drive motor failure. The drum is the long, cylindrical green-blue tube you'll see when you open the left-side door.
Chances are some paper jammed up inside the drum process unit (that black frame that holds the drum) and it's keeping the drum from turning. Check the drum/process unit and make sure they are clear of any material that could cause a jam.
