The Sharp AR-BC260 shows the network error CE-02 when we try to scan and send and image from the sharp to a desktop. Our office network was recently replaced, and this is the first time we've tried to scan with the new network server. Copying and printing to the sharp work fine, it's just the scan/image send that is having problems with the network. Thank you.
You need the Sharpdesk Software CD and you will have to install it in order for the scanning function to work.
