Epson cx6000 user guide

Be sure you are using genuine epson ink. Epson printers are "smart" and will not allow generic ink to work properly. Even after you replace a generic with a genuine it may take several print outs and alignments to get it to print again.

If you have an English opeartion manual (User guide)- it's on page 37, but if you don't go to the address below and look at the Quick reference guide or the users guide, and search for "changing ink" http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&infoType=Doc&oid=72303&prodoid=63059192

THERE IS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM, IT'S NOT WELL RECOGNISED

Go to epson.com and download from there. I had to the same thing because i lost the book.

Go to epson website to download the driver for your printer.

You can find most of the manuals through www.epson.com.

The Basic Guide indicates that the solution is to turn off theall-in-one again and turn it back on. Make sure the transportation lockhas been released. If the error repeats contact dealer (Epson)

For scanner

Install

1. Go to www.epson.com/support

2. Under Welcome to Epson Support click on ALL-IN-ONES and select FLATBED and then your Stylus model name. Under the Drivers & Downloads section select WINDOWS.

3. Select and download the most current Epson Scan driver for your operating system.

4. Follow prompts through survey and license agreement and downloading will begin. When prompted, choose to SAVE this file; SAVE it to your desktop so it will be easy to find.

5. Once download is complete, close your internet browser. To install simply double-click the file you downloaded and follow the prompts.

6. Turn your unit on and reconnect it to the computer after the installation is complete. Windows should detect new Hardware and complete the installation automatically. (If a New Hardware Wizard appears, allow it to search automatically.)

7. Restart once installation is complete.

Once the computer has restarted you are ready to scan. We recommend starting with a test of Epson Scan itself. Simply go to Start, (All) Programs, Epson Scan and launch the Epson Scan utility. In File Save Settings you can select the location, prefix (name) and format the scan will be saved as. When ready click OK or Scan and the scanning process will begin.
