It can be fixed, but only by a service technician familiar with that TV> be prepared to pay for the service. You can buy a new set that size for about what it will cost to service this one.
One thing to look for is overheating. Is the TV shrouded and hot to the touch? This is the symptom for overheating but it could be other problems too, such as a broken intermittent connection and also a bad or failing electronic part in the video channel. In any case, quite likely not user fixable.
But 1st check the obvious. Did you make any changes to inputs, hookups or position of TV? Are any inputs lose or bent (TV set top box, DVD, etc). IE, make sure it is the TV and not an input. Try an external input (from DVD etc) and see if that works the same.
If the TV works with an external DVD on any other input (HDMI, RGB, VGA etc) you may ba able to just swap around inputs to bypass the bad input channel.
It sound like the color or the screen parts inside of the game boy color are not working properly so it would just be easier to buy a new one vs fixing the current one. The current one could be fixed but it might not be an easy fix and the fix might be complicated then.
Well, I personally think BlackBerry\'s are quite bad, but where all different so... You can\'t really fix the screen yourself because your screen\'s dead(broken.) So take it to be repaired at a shop.

Its video processing section has damaged. It is fixable. The section can be replaced as card basis. No repair to it is possible, as the components in it are fixed with CNC machine. OK.

I will strongly advice you replace the television instead of the screen. The screen is fixable, but the cost for a new screen and the fix is quite expensive, so it is better you buy a new television to be able to enjoy the full service of the television, moreover, replacing lcd screens are quite tedious and require a very careful and thorough process. Hot Water Hot to Cold And back. I had that problem for 2 years. I had a very large shower head from the time I installed the tank-less hot water heater and the water temp would change from one extreme to another. Over time my shower head had stopped working as well as it did so I bought a smaller shower head and installed it and amazingly my water temperature quit changing temperature. I now turn my water to what temp I want and it stays there. It's been working correctly for 6 months now ... until yesterday and it quit working completely which is the reason I'm on here. lol
I did 2 things to resolve same issue (on top of your issue, mine has battery life issue)... press power and home button until the apple logo appears... if that don't work, restore via itunes... i honestly don't know what the science is behind it, but it did work ;)
There is a seller on ebay - Trackballs R Us - that fixes these kinds of problems. Has quite a reputation for fixing Explorer and Optical trackballs and guarantees the work.
