I have a yupiteru mvt 7000 scanner i have had problems trying to find police radio frequencies can anybody help me to solve this problem ? thanks
I recently bought a uniden bc72xlt and had no freqs. found some for my area at these sites.try www.scanner master.com*-frequency resources and home of police and call,www.radioreference.com,www.bearcat1.com,hope some of these sites help you out.

It Will depend on whether or not the area you are trying to listen to uses the new 700 MHz Frequencies or possibly even Trunked Radio. If this is the case your scanner may be out of date and
will not recieve the needed frequencies. What Local are you trying to listen to? I would be glad to look up some freqs for you. and let you know if your radio is capable of recieving these freqs..

Yes you can go online to a frequencie data base online alls you have to do is search google.
