I have a two line TL86109. When I am on line 1, calls do not roll over on to line 2. How do I cause that to happen. I did not see that in the manual

You have to have the numbers set up as a "hunt group".The real telco companies can do this, but not sure about VOIP numbers or CATV co dial tones. The primary number on a hunt group will forward the calls to the next # in the hunt group(in your case there are only 2 numbers). You can get many numbers set up this way.

Phone rings once then cuts off. Can ring out OK.

Something has a shorted the line, unplug all phones, then call your line with a cell phone and see if it is still happening. If so, you will need to call repair. If not, plug 1 phone in at a time and call your number again, and repeat until you find the phone causing it to trip ring.. also if you do not have a inside wire maintenance agreement with you local phone company, start the test at the network interface device..

Sharp line on print, even all new drumbs

Is it on prints and copies? Or just prints or just copies.
There are 4 likely causes if the line is on both prints and copies. 1 The transfer belt has a scratch on it. 2, The Transfer belt cleaner, called the IBT cleaner is worn, or the fuser has a cut in one of the rolls. Also the 2nd BTR roll located on the left hand door may be damaged.
If the problem is only with copies, then the scanner glasses or mirrors are dirty.

We went to a roll over system on our phone lines and now we cannot receive faxes. We can send them though.

Your roll over system is sending calls to the first line in the sequence and it does not differentiate between voice and fax. You will have to change the roll over so it does not send calls to your fax line. Your internal phone system may still use the fax line for outgoing faxes and voice calls but incoming fax calls have to be sent to the line the fax is on.

Just replaced lamp and picture has rolling color lines through it. What is causing this? This was happening prior to lamp replacement as well.

Call Encompass Parts 1-800-638-3328 or visit their website online. it could be your DMD board or check DMD Fan if it is not running replace it also remove any and all dust and Dirt if you see any and clean off optical lense make sure none of air ways are blocked with dust or dirt.

Red roller part number

That is most likely the upper fusing roller with the line on it. I don't know if it is possible to just replace the roller. The source that I use only offers the complete unit (2 choices) one has a white connector, the other has a grey connector.

Rolling Lines

You should have settings in your setup menu that allow you to center and adjust the height and width of the picture field which will allow you to move those lines (caused by a natural necessity of the receiver; synchronization) out of your view.

LINES ROLL THROUGH THE PICTURE

Not to discourage you, but here is an extensive thread from other Samsung owners with similar problems:

Sounds like the digital/DMD board has noise in those modes.
hope you are under warranty
