try taking out the cassette and cleaning the pick up feed rollers with isopropyl alcohol. jam 21 is no paper pick up from cassette.
if this does not work my need new feed rollers or feed clutch
Check that the registration switch lever does not jam inside the guide by pushing on it. You may have to modify the grooves that the lever shaft rides in to allow it to swing freely.
