Try shutting dow the unit totally, even try unplugging it from the wall for 15 minutes.

Are you sure that's the correct startup file? Look for setup.exe or right click on Autorun and select run. You should be able to select the install directory if you want.

Teh cd that is supplied tries to load to the F drive. My computer and most do not hav a F drive. I hd to hook up an externial drive that is logged in as f to get the drivers to down load. Once I did that it worked fine.
