Fuser Heat Error. Sometimes this code can be cleared by using the reset procedure outlined below. If the code returns then you will need to have the unit serviced.
Reset Procedure: 1. Turn main power switch OFF.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Menu/Select key.
3. Keep pressing the Menu/Select key until the LED turns OFF on the control Panel.
4. Check to make sure that "Trouble Reset" is displayed on the control Panel
after LED turns OFF.
5. Pressing the Menu/Select key.
6. Check to make sure that "OK" is displayed and the it has been reset.
7. Turn main power switch OFF and ON again, and make sure that the machine properly
starts.

Check and test the fuser, all sensors, lamps and thermostat. Do reset the code via the "Rank A".

C3752 Fusing Pressure Roller abnormally
high temperature
ā€¢ A temperature of 190 C or more of the Fusing
Pressure Roller is detected for 1 sec. or more
before the start of the heater temperature control.
ā€¢ A temperature of 215 C or more of the Fusing
Pressure Roller is detected for 1 sec. or more
after the start of the heater temperature control.

To reset-
Switch mc on while holding Utility button down. Hold until black dot appears on top r.h of screen. Release button and wait until screen shows reset ok. Touch screen and follow instructions on screen.

Replace fuser unit.

Installing a Konica Bizhub C450 fusing unit ... need installation booklet

My machine had an error  3752 which means high temprature and pressure on fusing I turned it off for about 2 days now that i turn it on still its showing 3752 error pleas help me what this mean and what should i do?

Bizhub 350 error code

c3852 means low fuser(hot section) temp setting. hold down utility or stop key, then you should be abel to do trouble reset. if problem persist it would most likely be a lamp or a sensor, which will require a technician to come out.
