Unfortunately, these Toy Spas do not give you the ability to make repairs to their components!
For a failed heater, it appears that you have to replace the complete control center. Because parts are extremely to impossible, to obtain.
Contact them, and do some squeaking, maybe they will oil that squeak?

Won't work

Remove the cover and check the heating element. These can easily become caked with hard water deposits, which prevent the water from reaching the element. If the element is white, break off the hard white shell, and try again.

I have a Westinghouse SB915SJ*00 dishwasher. It runs right through a cycle but does not heat. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hello

The majority of dishwashers are not connected to hot water from the mains but heat up the water internally using the heating element, located in the tub of the dishwasher, controlled by a thermostat. When the dishwasher has a fault with heating, the program will run but not complete and will show an error code on the display panel. Dishes won't be cleaned properly and the detergent won't dissolve.

If your dishwasher does bring in hot water externally from the mains to check the water is warm and there are no problems with the inlet. If the dishwasher heats internally then it is most likely a faulty heating element or thermostat. A fault like this will usually require a replacement part and a repair, but you can check the heating element with a voltmeter to ensure that it is the cause of the problem before calling out for a service engineer.

No steam from a grime buster steam cleaner what is wrong?

Check the water reservoir for clogg. Be sure that the cleaner has water on it and it is heating. .If not heating there you'll sure it won't give steam. Check the heating element for open or no continuity.
Heated water needed to generate or produce steam and you'll need a continuity tester to test it. Replace it with similar model and rating also with same size.
Good luck.
