Though 3gp works on mostly all mobile but their size also matters, if file is big or its a movie that you have converted then its unlikely as file size id big and unrecognizable in some models
There is no reset button...go into the menu,scroll to other, press play,
scroll to setting, press play, scroll to advanced, press play and this
is where you find the reset. Sometimes though the reset won't do it and
you have to reformat the memory. Hook to a computer and take off
whatever files that you can and want to, save them to the computer for
re-installation the you can reformat the memory from the computer. There
is also a reformat in the menu under advanced
If the power shuts off during game play or resets after 30 minutes after the system is turned on then turns off and won't turn back on or the fan isn't working, the system needs to be repaired then. This problem that you have might be the fan thats causing this problem then.
If your PS2 works fine with most
of the games and won’t play a few..Then you should try this trick to play them
too on your PS2:
Turn on your PS2 without
inserting any disc.
Menu screen will
appear like:
Press the (triangle) Button to enter Version
Information Menu that looks like
Highlight the Play Station
Driver as above and again press (triangle).
New screen will appear like
Highlight the Disc Speed
as above and press X button,to enter Disc Speed Menu
And set it from Standard to
"Fast".
After you set Disc Speed to Fast,Press and HoldReset Button to turn off your console.
Then again Press and Hold Reset
Button till the Blue Light turns on.
Remove the Reset Button and
Press it again.
Be
patient and wait till thegame loads itself. If your lens is in good condition then
it will play game in first go else try again till it PLAY your game. If still

Your console is an old one,and your lens too is probably weak.Try cleaning your PS2 lens Watch Video at end of solution to clean your PS2 at home.... You can also follow these steps to make your PS2 to play GTA San Andreas:
Turn on your PS2 without inserting any disc.
On menu screen go to [options] by pressing 'triangle' button.
A new screen will appear select by pressing 'X' [DISC SPEED]and set it to [FAST]
Then insert the game disc.
Turn off your PS2.
Press and Hold the [Reset Button] till the blue light turns on.Release the Reset button and press it again.
It will take a bit more time to play game,but first i recommend you to clean your PS2 lens,watch this video.
I've got something else to add.......you can follow above steps to play DVD movies if your PS2 dont play any.....!!!
