Erika, Do you mean you have a black spot on the LCD of your camera?
We call that a dead pixel. Can be black and can be white. Most LCD's sooner or later have a one or more dead pixel(s). As long as they are not in the centre of the screen you won't notice them. Even dead pixels on the camera sensor can happen. These you won't see at all, because the software does calculate what that pixel would look like in that specific shot. And the software will place a correct colour on that spot.
Try to live with the dead pixel(s). you won't see them on the actual pictures. Not on the computer to tablet and not on a print.

Black spot appeared on the screen on bottom left side how to clear it

A large black spot usually means the LCD screen is damaged. It may have fine cracks around the black spot. In this case the LCD screen needs to be replaced.
A replacement screen maybe available for your laptop from this WEB site.

Hi Camera has a black spot on screen. It is not on the photos. It does not zoom up. But stays the same size in the same spot. I think the LCD Screen must have a crack in it from the inside. Is this...

It's likely that the spot is a speck of dust that has found its way inside the camera and onto the sensor. Apparently when the lens barrel extends after the camera is turned on a small amount of suction is generated - enough to pull tiny specks of debris inside. Please refer to the following video:

Unfortunatly you do have dead pixels, but you cant fix them. Lots of lcd displays have them, some are more noticable than others, it dosent mean your lcd monitor is going to fail soon or anything like that, even brand new lcd monitors have dead pixels it is a comman anoying problem with them.

Red spot on LCD

Hi,
1) That red spot means that a pixel is stuck, actually it's very common on LCDs.
2 and 3) It usually occurs for a manufacturing issue.
4) The most of the time it doesn't mean that the whole screen is going to fail, but in my case I would take advantage of the warranty if the laptop is brand new and the warranty is still there.
Good Luck!!!

Blackspot on screen

is it a tiny black dot? about one pixel? That is whats referred to as a dead pixel it happens on LCD nothing can be done of it but to replace the LCD screen. Usually you can just bare with it and wait til there are a few dead pixels before worrying about it.
Thanks,

Apple 30 inch monitor

Sounds like a possible bad pixel. I would power the machine down, reseat the graphics card, reconnect the dvi link, and reset the PRAM.
