In my machine when we switch on the machine the code c- 12c0 appear

This error code indicates that the cold and hot water inlet hoses are switched.
This code will appear at the end of the wash cycle to indicate that the cold and hot water inlet hoses are switched. If an error code does not appear, but you are experiencing poor wash performance, check to see if the inlet hoses are reversed.

In my experience, E4 is appear when spin is starting. Then I check the 'magnetic door safety switch' and gotcha, I find the problem --> 'magnetic door safety switch' is damage (always open). Because some reason, I am short-circuit it. Fixed.

12c0 code

Please switch of the machine.
While holding buttons [0+8] down, switch the macine on, when [ad] appears in the display remove the fingers.
Now key in [695] and press the start button, when [1] appears in the display input [0] and then press the interupt button.
[Ad] will then reappear in the display, now input [971] and press the start button, make sure that value is [3] and then press the interupt button.
Switch off the machine and then switch back on to take it out of the test mode.
Those two codes will disable the machine checking for toner.

@basanta711, Press 0 for 5 seconds then press green (start) then 50, green, 20 green, 0, green then on/Off the printer........... problem is solved

The error code c3451 refers to a copier warm up error; the machine had not reached the correct temp within a specific time.
I bet it happened when you first switched on one morning.
Easy to reset and fault usually goes away.

To Reset switch machine off using the switch inside the front door, not the one on the control panel.
Whilst holding the UTILITY key down on the control panel switch the machine back on keeping the UTILITY key held down. Eventually a Trouble reset key will be displayed in the LCD screen, touch this, OK will be displayed then power the machine off and then back on.

This will reset the error code, if the code reoccurs then there will be a problem with the fuser unit in the machine, and this will require replacing.

the E9 error code problem could be with door switch wiring, the door switch or the control board.but E2 problem occurs when a button is pressed for more than 30 seconds.Check for any such button else the problem is surely with the control board.

You post a wrong printer nr, you must have bizhub C350 not bizhub 350, beacause 350 doesnt have that kind of code.
In Bizhub C350 that code means:
C12C0: Hard disk recognition error
You have the following options:
- reinstall the hard disk
- change hard disk
or as a last chance change PWB-MFP

Plug off the wall. There is a thin rubber tube going from the switch area to the exit near the outlet tube. Probably this is blocked. This tube should be free from any blockage; take out the top clip from this tube and blow into it - it should be free, clear the blockage if any and refit. This is the water level tube which tells the machine when to switch off water, etc.....
