take your drum unit/toner out and close door to see if "jam" goes away. if so, look closely on bottom of drum unit in the middle. may be a scrap caught in there. if jam doesn't go away, you may have a piece caught in the fuser which is just b4 paper exits and that area is not easily accessible w/o tearing machine down.
Open the rear cover so you can see the fuser unit. Somewhere in there you will find a paper scrap that has jammed a sensor arm. Use a torch to see it better. You may need to remove the fuser to see better. Good luck
paper jam 2 generally denotes the fuser unit. thats at the back, the bit that heats up, theres a flip up/down cover that once opened should show you if theres any paper in there, also check the sensor, little black arm, move freely and be sprung, if the sensor is missaligned it will denote a paper jam even when there is none be careful to let the fuser cool down, printer unplugged for 10 minutes or so, 180 degrees will hurt.
Good Luck, When the paper is stuck in the back, it is in the fuser and you may be able to get the paper out, but probably the drive for the fuser is messed up, which caused the jam in the 1st place, if you get the paper out, the next one through will probably jam up again. Technicians usually just replace the fuser. Oce is the repair entity for these machines now. 1 800 2423 5556
Try removing the Toner/drum unit and see if paper is there. Also check the rear access door to see if paper is stuck in the fuser.
Sometimes you will get a jam where the paper has not even left the paper tray. Try removing the paper tray and cleaning the paper feed roller with and cloth dampened with a little water. The roller is located just above the center of the tray.
is the paper size correct?
is the paper under the metal tabs in the tray?
is it jamming in the fuser?
is the fuser OK, if constant jamming in fuser then replace.
Can be tricky people usally damage the fuser rollers removing this jam with pliers/tweezers, it has concertined and stuck after fuser rollers and before exit rollers it will be stuck on the switch best bet is to dismantle properly and remove fuser then dismantle fuser and remove jam, another thing to be concerned about is why did it, three seneraros, Damp paper going threw fuser dries and crincles(use fresh paper from sealed packet), fuser is worn(have fuser replaced), just a bad bit of paper (just have fuser jam removed.
