Proline parts are very difficut to find and they were on sale at Comet.co.uk you could try their customer services but given that Proline are a budget make their spares are hard to find. I know since I had a Proline coffee maker and had to buy another one off EBay when my jug smashed.
Proline aren't a unique company - they deal exclusively with high street shops such as Woolworths (now no longer in the UK) Comet, Currys and sometimes Tesco. They aren't an independent company either so finding a customer services for Proline is difficult - you could be put through to donor companies such as Delonghi who are responsible for Argos Value microwaves etc.

It was a helpful comment. The ideal solution would have been contact details for Proline !
