Konica photocopier I have just been given a konica 1020 photocopier, but no instruction manual. when i switch it on F36 appears. what does this function mean? Anybody could help me, i have a KONICA 7022 COPIER, there is an error message F35-1 call service, but i cant enter on the #25 mode on the software switch because there is a 4 digit password code on my machine, i bought this surplus and i dont know what is the password, how to reset or remove the password, plss help me tolitz

DO THIS once because you are re-setting the FUSER it can catch on fire that will ruin a perfectly good day!!!!! Get a tech out to look at it.

Turn on the main and sub power switches.
Keep pressing the * button until the message
"Please enter service password." appears.
Input 9272 as the password and press the
[Start] key. (The password is fixed and cannot
be changed.)
[Mode Select Menu Screen]
Press 2 and 5 to select 25 mode. Then select soft switch. Set 3, then set 1 then change 1 to 0. to clear the code.

hi piz Error code P9 and P21 appears on screen and when printing or photocopying using color black, blank copies are outputed

Fuser Section overheaded (HOT SECTION) can be reset in 25 Mode. If it comes back Fuser needs replacement part(s)

I can give you a generic solution.... You did not give a model number. Some are different.... Is it a Konica or is a Minolta based copier???? Try this press the user choise botton then when then the display changes - press the meter count - then press Stop - 0 - 0- Stop. The display will change to Service mode.. That is if it is for your generic Konica Minolta copier.. Good Luck

Is this a photocopier? If so then you will need a technician to fit this for you

That's a fuser error condition...I'll have to get back to you because i have to check in my book to remember how to reset it...Thank you for your patient !

My service info doesn't go back that far either, but this procedure should work to reset the code. However, I would make sure there's no toner build-up on the fuser thermistor or thermostat first, otherwise the code will reappear.

Here's the instructions on clearing the code:

Enter the 25 mode by holding down the 2 and 5 keys while turning on the copier.
Press the P key, then enter 47, then press P again.
Enter 0 and press the Print key.
Turn the machine off/on to exit the 25 mode.

If the code reappears, then theres a problem. If it doesn't, you're good to go!
