I can answer just about any question you have on the unit - I wasn't able to find the manual online, but I would be more than happy to scan and e-mail you my copy of the original manual. In the meantime, here is my basic Wiki Manual:
Since I am not well-versed in the copyright laws regarding reprinting copies of standard user’s manuals online, I am writing this Wiki Manual for the ICAPP-4. My unit is 12 years old (in 2009) and continues to run strong through two different owners.
General Directions for Making Iced Cappuccinos
- Place carafe on top of drip/tray grate with handle touching right front of ICAPP – the ice fill lines should be visible when looking at front of unit
- Turn “milk knob” to OPEN position, and open lid of ICAPP
- Remove milk container, espresso collector, espresso spinner cup and cover
- Put espresso collector back in place with two plastic teeth facing front of machine
- There is a stepped fill line inside water reservoir that measures off 1,2, and 4 cups
- Fill water reservoir with either 1,2 or 4 fill line cups – do not overfill to avoid damaging the electronics
- Add espresso grounds to espresso spinner cup
- Line up teeth of spinner cup cover with spinner cup so that the cover locks into place
- Fill milk reservoir with 3 oz of milk per cup of iced cappuccino that you plan to make – there is a fill line that measures off 2 cups or 4 cups
- Fill carafe with either 2 cups worth of ice or 4 cups, depending on how much iced cappuccino you plan to make
- Press down on lid and turn milk knob to HEAT postion
- Turn ICAPP on using the ON/OFF button – it will begin to heat – takes about 5-6 minutes (HEAT light will stay on during this process – doesn’t make noise or steam for several minutes)
- When READY light turns green, turn the milk knob to the DISPENSE MILK position – your espresso and milk will start dispensing
- Unit turns itself off automatically when ready – takes several minutes

Other Notes on The ICAPP-4

Notes
- the whole process of making iced cappuccinos from the time you press the ON button until the unit shuts off automatically takes about 10 minutes
- once you press the ON button, the unit does not make a sound for several minutes – be patient
- remember to position the carafe so that the handle touches the right front of the unit, and the spout touches the left front of the unit – critical for smooth milk/espresso admixture/ramping
- clean the removable parts after every use to avoid damaging your ICAPP
- once a month, run a decalcification process – simply pour 2 tbsp vinegar on a damp cloth, wipe the water reservoir, and then run a cycle of water – ostensibly, the vinegar residue should be enough vinegar for the decalcification process – newer Cuisinart coffee and espresso makers often recommend a specific portion of vinegar and water – not so with this unit
- several of the instruction book’s recipes call for adding sugar or flavored syrup – remember to add them AFTER the cappuccino is made, directly into the carafe – do not pour sugary ingredients into the inside of the machine, or you will have a sticky mess on your hands
- parts are no longer available for this model through the company directly; all units are out-of-warranty because of the age of the product; but several of the cappuccino and espresso recipes are still available at Cuisinart’s website
- if you are missing parts for the unit, I would buy one – broken or otherwise – from an independent seller, eBay, etc who has the part you need

Cuisinart ICAPP-4 – Iced Cappucino and Hot Espresso Maker – A Wiki Manual

Is there an easier was to decalcify the capresso 3000 than taking apart the whole machine. The directions say you have to remove the auto cappuccino assembly

Yes
You should run the decalcify program with the JURA decal tablets or DURGOL. Do not use other agents.
See page 25 of user manual.

I need to decalcify my delonghi 4500

Descaling is another word for decalcification - I would consult the user manual for your exact model, because these directions are actually for the EAM3400, so there might be minor variations:
When the appliance displays the message:
DESCALE
You should perform the descale cycle.
Proceed as follows:
• make sure the appliance is ready.
• press the button (the light over the button comes on) then press the button repeatedly until
the appliance displays:
DESCALE NO
• Press and the appliance displays the message:
DESCALE YES
• Press the button to start the descale program.
• Empty the tank and pour in the contents of one bottle (4.2 fl. oz.) of DURGOL descaler plus 34 oz. of
water. For subsequent descaling operations, descaling solution can be purchased from authorized technical
service centers.
Note: Make sure splashes of descaler do not fall onto surfaces sensitive to acid such as marble, limestone
and glaze.
• Place a plastic or glass container with a minimum capacity of 50 oz under the hot water spout (Fig. 3);
• Turn the steam knob half a turn counterclockwise (fig.3). The descaling solution will run out of the cappuccino
frother and start to fill the container underneath.
• The descale program automatically performs a series of run offs and pauses to remove lime scale deposits
from inside the coffee maker.
• After about 30 minutes, the appliance displays:
DESCALING COMPLETED TURN KNOB
• Turn the steam knob a half turn clockwise as far as it will go (fig. 4).
The appliance must now be rinsed through to eliminate residues of descaling solution from inside the appliance.
Proceed as follows:
• Remove the water tank, rinse and fill with clean water.
• Reposition the tank.
• Empty the collection container (under the cappuccino frother) full of liquid and then put it back under the
cappuccino frother.
• Turn the steam knob a half turn counterclockwise (fig. 3).
18
Hot water is run off from the cappuccino frother into the container below and the appliance displays:
RINSING
• When the water tank is empty, the appliance displays the message:
RINSING COMPLETED TURN KNOB
• Turn the steam knob clockwise as far as it will go (fig. 4) and refill the water tank with clean water.
• The descale program is now complete and the appliance is ready to make coffee again.
NOTE: if the descaling cycle is interrupted before completion, the appliance continues to display the descale
message and the program must be started again from the beginning.

How do I make cappuchino cofee?

If you are looking for a manual, you can contact Jura Capresso directly. If you are just looking for directions for making a cappuccino in general:
Brew the espresso.
Use the steam wand/frothing element and a pre-chilled frothing pitcher (the pre-chilling is optional, but it is considered good form) to steam about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of milk.
A true cappuccino does not involve pouring all of the milk directly into the espresso - you would use a spoon to take about two spoonfuls of the top of the steamed milk and place it on top of the espresso.
You can sprinkle cinnamon, use a cinammon stirring stick, or pour cinnamon cappuccino flavoring on top of the cappuccino for good form (but this part is optional).

Enjoy!

I need instructions for a Cuisinart Iced Cappuccino Maker

I have a PDF of the user manual if you want me to e-mail it to you. In the meantime, here is my Wiki Manual (BTW, pagan, the machine does make hot espresso or cappucino, but it doesn't froth per se like a regular espresso machine - it just heats the milk internally and dumps it into the espresso):

General Directions for Making Iced Cappuccinos
- Place carafe on top of drip/tray grate with handle touching right front of ICAPP – the ice fill lines should be visible when looking at front of unit
- Turn “milk knob” to OPEN position, and open lid of ICAPP
- Remove milk container, espresso collector, espresso spinner cup and cover
