The problem with my washing machine is it was shaking during the spinning process. The machine shaking quite hard until the body moving around. It is so terrible since I bought this machine new and just wear it for the first time.
Most common cause for the machine to shake during the spin cycle is due to a unbalanced load. A load of a couple of small bulky items or a small load in general may not be able to distribute the weight properly causing the machine to be unbalanced. It is best to wash full loads whenever possible. We have a brand new front loader as well, our first load about took the walls down...We just tossed a couple things in to see how it worked....thats how I learned to wash full loads. Now with the knowledge of why it shook so bad, we have had no more problems. Hope this helps
Please take the time to give this a fix ya rating

Hi
If your washing machine shakes violently or if there's a loud thumping noise during the spin cycle, the load of clothes has probably gotten unbalanced. Open the lid, redistribute the clothes in the washer, then re-start it. Repeat these steps if necessary.
