Zen 4GB Freezes and wont turn off

It was playing fine then I didnt use it one night and the next day it wouldn't work. It lets you move through menus but you can't play anything, then it freezes up, then it won't turn off.
Any ideas?

No fix - obviously a piece of junk - certainly not going to Buy support for junk

I turn on my creative zen it hits the crative screen then the zen screen then says rebuilding and freezes i tried paper clip in reset play button power button down thing but still does not work any way im...

try to let the battery run out then fully recharge it then play songs if any more prlblems happen let me know

My Zen V Plus (4GB) is frozen. I can't get it to unfreeze. When I turn it on, it loads the same song, and then freezes. I try to shut it off, and that doesn't work, so I poke a paper clip in the reset...

I needed to convert the videos into smaller bitrate. I found a converter that has this option, and it works. everithing is ok now :)

Creative labs zen v 4gb mp3 player seems to have haywire...

It probably has some moisture still in it and needs to dry out.....This happened to me with my iPod....Put in a window seal that gets sun light all day and leave it there for 2 days....A friend of mine dropped his in a craper and he put his in a ziplock bag full of kitty litter and it worked as well.....So I would give either one of those a try...what’s the worst that can happen...it dries out and works :)
